  • Piscataway Indian nation of wild Turkey Clan Maryland

We Do Not generalize ourselves as just one big group of "piscataways "

We have "SETS" which means "piscataways" belong to differnt Groups and Familes

Welcome to the brandywine/ cedarville set website

Hope you will learn new thruths and come to understand of who we are as human beings and not "Indians "

We were here before europeans arrived and are still here 333 years later!

So dont look for us with long black hair, high cheek bones and our Cherokee princess grandmothers

We dont wear hairdresses and ride Quarter horeses as our main source of transportation

Dont say to us (oh you dont look like a real Indian)

We are not from India... and we dont have asian features as depicted on television and movies as the real standard of what a "indian" looks like.

To set the record straight we are NOT with or under the leadership of "the Piscataway Canoy tribe" or any of that *Organizations Members*

You will learn that the cedarville band of piscataway memebers did all the hard work over the past 55 years to be recognized as Maryland's first indigenous people!

The cedarville band of piscataway indians members has silently endured so much abuse in the past 13 years from the other "piscataway"groups its time to speak out and create a true narrative based in reality that the others refuse to acknowledge !

This website will change periodically with new content in hopes of teaching others

So get ready to learn !

Here is where the cedarville band of piscataway indians began

Callie Victoria proctor & James norman proctor.
